Colin breaks apart, loses Tropical Storm status
Live5News (South Carolina): Tropical Storm Colin is no more. Upper-level winds cut through the storm system and weakened its formation and rotation. According to the National Weather Service, there is a low chance of the system becoming a tropical cyclone again during the next 48 hours as it moves west-northwestward at 20 to 25 miles per hour.
