Adjusting Tunisia's coast to climate change

AllAfrica.com via Tunis Afrique Presse: The Coast Protection and Development Agency (APAL) is preparing to stage an awareness campaign and three-D advertising spots to be aired shortly in Tunisian media, to boost prevention against risks inherent to climate change.

Mrs. Sihem Salim, in charge of communication of this project called "Adjusting Tunisian Coast to Climate Change," said that a methodological guide for coast management will be made available to environmentalist NGOs, municipalities and public institutions to improve their interventions in protecting the coast.
